Time to talk confidentially to someone who will not
judge or criticise you and is impartial and supportive

Stress and worry can affect all aspects of our life, including health, moods and sleep patterns. Relationships and work can suffer, leading us to feel isolated and out of control. We will consider all of these things as we explore your unique situation and requirements. Living or working in a foreign country permanently or part time can present it’s own set of challenges. I have experienced this myself, so understand how these can add to the everyday stress and worry that life can bring. I offer counselling via phone, email or Skype video so we can arrange appointments to suit your schedule wherever you are. I work with:

depression • anxiety • panic • relationship or family problems • bereavement • menopause • retirement • worries about health • caring for a loved one • loneliness • lack of confidence • workplace stress • emotional eating • lack of confidence

I do not believe that there is one therapy that suits everyone, so use an integrative approach, which means that I incorporate various methods appropriate to your needs at every stage of your therapy. These include:
CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
), Psychodynamic, Person Centred , Mindfulness, relaxation, visualisation, self help.
