I currently only offer counselling via either Zoom,
Skype, Teams, and also via telephone with WhatsApp

I live in Meyzieu, which is on the western edge
of Lyon. I am trained as an Integrative (Person
Centred/Psychodynamic) Counsellor/Psychotherapist, and I offer
1-hour sessions of talking therapy to my clients.
My personal interest and development lead me to a more existential
and trauma focused approach. Whilst I search for patterns and
conditions, I also acknowledge the givens of existence and the
physical experience of living with my clients. I depend upon
building a good rapport and sense of trust with my clients to help
facilitate shifts and change, sometimes simply achieving that is the
work.I've worked extensively with
people whose childhood home was dominated by drug addiction,
alcoholism, violence or neglect. This often leaves people feeling
guilty, helpless and traumatised as adults. I help people to slowly
put things back in place and find the enjoyment in life previously
denied to them.
I completed my Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (CPC)in
2014, and have gone on to earn a Foundation Degree in Counselling
Psychology with the Open University in 2016. I also worked as a
listening volunteer at Samaritans from 2012 to 2014.
I offer a free initial consultation of between 20 to 30 minutes to
prospective clients, this is to allow us both a sense of how we feel
together, and to decide whether or not we make a good fit.
