I believe that everyone has the potential to
learn and feel confident. But too often we face struggles that make
us feel stuck and unable to see past our present situation. I want
to help change that!
Throughout diverse educational and coaching environments, I have
dedicated my career to empowering individuals across different
stages of life. My journey has included teaching teens in school
settings, training adults in group and individual sessions, and
providing one-on-one coaching for young adults and adults. I have 28
years of experience working with teens and adults as a teacher and
coach in Mexico, the United States, Canada and France. I specialize
in assisting with language and learning difficulties, guiding adults
to discover themselves, and a achieve their goals through a holistic
and individualized approach.
The Wholistic NeuroGrowth approach takes a 360º view to Align with
where you are now and where you want to be. Whether you are a
student, young adult, adult, expat, parent, or any combination of
the latter, you collaborate on your own personalized plan based on
your values, needs and goals.

your goals with confidence. In a holistic manner and in a safe
environment with a meaningful connection, you will understand where
the struggle is coming from. You will receive the tools needed to
improve your mindset, learn better, and faster, to become a
confident, independent, life-long learner.

Having lived in various countries, I bring a unique perspective to
the challenges of expatriation and culturally diverse origins,
offering support that is both empathetic and practical. This
experience, together with my degree in Intercultural Communication,
allow us to create a plan that is specific to your needs, preparing
you to navigate your new environment and relationships with
confidence.
Essentially, my coaching uses neurogrowth and mindfulness methods to

approved by CCE and ICF. I am a licensed secondary teacher in
Spanish, French, and English as foreign languages with IB and AP
certifications. I have a Bachelor’s in Education and a Master’s in
international and Intercultural Communication.
