I am a psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience. I am trained to work with couples and individuals. The theory and practice of couple therapy is different to individual therapy and requires specific training. This was part of my training.

Therapy is tailored to suit the individual; I do not have a “one size fits all” view. Rather therapy is specific to suit the needs of the individual or couple. Above all, I enjoy helping clients to re-focus their life positively.
