This is an online group so anyone can join in as long as they have a computer and are happy to meet in a secure meeting room on www.Talking-Online.com The meeting room is totally secure and participants will be sent a login for the meetings. Each group will last for eight weeks and there will be weekly weigh-ins (on trust!). The group will be run by a qualified counsellor and there is no cost. There will be an introduction day and a chance to enrol online soon, please contact the site if you wish to leave your details. Start date to be arranged when enough people have applied. |
