Swedish massage
The Swedish massage is a series of strokes applied on the muscles and
articulations. The technique
consists of deep pressures on the muscles. Adapted oils are chosen for the
massage.
Swedish massage
has numerous effects: elimination of toxins, nutrition of the skin, deep
relaxation. It is a global or a localised massage. Applied with soft but
dynamic movements, this technique increases blood and lymphatic
circulation, calms the nervous system and releases muscle tensions.
Swedish massage
is a real pleasure with immediate effects. The tensions and sometimes even
the pains disappear and are replaced by a profound relaxation of the muscles
and thereby a relaxation of the whole being.
F lower
remedies
Flower remedies are a simple way of facing waves of emotions in life,
broken hearts, painful moves, emotional fears, lack of confidence,
insecurity as well as deep negative emotions like anger, hate,
resentment, jealousy etc. Flower remedies are pure and harmless
combinations of
water, alcohol, flowers and plants from which the energy has been
extracted. They don’t interfere with other medicinal preparations or
tablets. They are recommended for adults as well as for children,
babies, animals and plants.
When we suffer from anxiety, fear or negative emotions, the remedies are
used for changing our vibrations. This enables us to change our thoughts
and give them a positive orientation, to increase energy and to feel
alive again. All this brings a feeling of peace. The physical problems
are not forgotten, just put aside as being the symptoms, not the
cause. When you understand the cause and change your perception, the mind
gives instructions to your body so that the physical problem has no
reason to persist. |
