Bilingual and an American living in Bordeaux, I hold a master’s
degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology from the
University of Bordeaux, and a Bachelor of Science degree in
Psychology from the United States.
My
clinical training is specialized in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD),
complex post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD-C), and the treatment
of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). I have worked with migrant
populations (asylum seeker, refugee, expat), as well as domestic
violence and child abuse survivors.
I am
trained in various therapeutic methods, such as Schema Therapy,
which entails inner child healing and Acceptance and Commitment
Therapy (ACT), which involves distress tolerance skills and learning
to live in alignment with our personal values. Having an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy,
I offer you support according to your specific needs and requests,
at your own pace and with kindness and understanding.
I offer in-person
individual sessions for psychological support and psychotherapy for adults
(18 +) in English and in French on Mondays, Thursday afternoons and Fridays at my
office in Chartrons, Bordeaux.
