Change within our
lives can be difficult to manage, unearthing challenging emotions, issues and
anguish. At times, we may struggle to find a cause or understand a clear way
forward, perhaps unable to make sense of feelings and situations.
Tarandeep is a
committed BACP accredited practitioner who hopes to offer an open, inclusive and
transparent environment in which you are empowered to develop your awareness and
emotional skills. For Tarandeep, Counselling/Psychotherapy is a collaborative
relationship, a dialogue between two separate and unique people, not somewhere
you are told what to do.
Having been born
and grown up in multi-cultural England she is a British Asian experienced in
living within two different cultures and has since also experienced expat life
in other European countries. Currently living in Angers, France, she often works

in their environment) and cultivating resilience.
