from Brighton Sussex in the UK.
My qualifications:
I am a registered Dramatherapist with BADth and HCPC, MA in
Dramatherapy and Clinical Supervisor and certified online
cyber therapist.
I qualified at the University of Derby with my masters in
Dramatherapy, Royal Central College London as a Creative
arts Clinical Supervisor and the Online Institute as a Cyber
therapist. Levels one and two in Dyadic Developmental
psychotherapy (DDP); Dip NDP (Neuro Developmental Play), BA
in Drama.
My registrations are with HCPC (Health care professional
certified) in the UK, active member of BADth (British
Association of Dramatherapy), French Association of
Dramatherapie and Association for counselling and therapy
online (ATCO)
As a Dramatherapist I am client centred with an integrative
approach, working creatively supporting the individual to
use their own form of language to find expression to enable
change.
My experience has been working with all ages (4 – 92). I
work with children and young people of all ages, who
struggle emotionally and may also be neurodivergent. I
worked in educational settings, with both individuals and
groups from nursery to college age.
My work has also been in supporting families of those
children and young people who have suffered trauma and found
themselves taken into social care settings as well as,
adoptive families.
I worked at National Star College Gloucester, supporting
young adults with moderate to severe physical as well as for
many, neurodivergent challenges. I worked with the charity
GARAS in Gloucester for refugee’s, supporting individuals
suffering from trauma.
Therapy: online – working individually or group, face to
face using video (Teams or Zoom), text, email and phone.
