My goal is to help clients increase self-awareness, identifying emotions and triggers, whilst challenging limiting beliefs. I facilitate the process for behavioural change, helping clients to recognise their strengths and build resilience, encouraging self-compassion and autonomy. I offer a space to reflect on the integration of new insights, regularly assessing and reviewing progress towards their goals.
