Person-centred therapy
The field has been influenced by many theories and I am open to them in my practice. However my therapeutic stance is based on the following three core conditions: Empathy – being with the person where they are, Unconditional Positive Regard or non-judgement. Congruence – the therapist’s genuineness – is also a key ingredient. When appropriate I will take care to share my outlook without expecting the other person to agree with everything I say.

I offer counselling-psychotherapy sessions for individuals, (child and adult) and couples. My training and interests have enabled me to develop my practice of psychotherapy in the following areas:

Problems linked to childhood and adolescence
Separation and attachment
Relationship issues
Problems related to accompaniment of psychosis or mental illness
Mood problems (bipolarity, depression)
Work related stress
Anxiety (panic, phobias, agoraphobia, lack of self-esteem, etc…)
Problems related to impulse control (automutilations, kleptomania, stress, OCD, burn-out, ‘acting out’)
Pre-natal psychology
Post-partum depression
Psychotraumatic aftermath (accident, aggression, moral or sexual harassment)
Rupture et separation
Grief processing
Identity questions: psychosexual, cultural or religious adaptation
