Creative Arts Supervisor Trained (CAST)

I trained and qualified as a creative arts Supervisor at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama London, and use an integrative, embodied, and creative person-centered approach.

My training is based on Shoet and Hawkins Seven Eyed model, which looks at the joint collaboration between supervisee and supervisor; taking into account and consideration the wider systemic context of, the supervisee, the individual client and the organization whom the supervisee may be a part of. To ensure safe and ethical practice is adhered and professional standards maintained. Supervision given through reflective and collaborative practice, promoting curiosity to enable growth, promote the client therapist relationship.

To encourage learning to broaden development in the supervisee's wider professional practice.

I am able to work with individuals and groups; face to face in my area or, online using various mediums of creativity including avatars in virtual worlds. To ensure and encourage all codes of ethical practice of BADth (British Association of Dramatherapists) and HCPC are maintained and upheld, to support continued personal development of their supervisee’s professional growth.
