Life coaching is future-focused with the aim
of helping you determine and achieve
personal goals. Coaching differs from counselling
because it does not focus on examining or diagnosing the
past. Coaching focuses on effecting change in your
current and future behaviour and goals.

Healing
Energy healing works with the energetic level of our
being. Since everything is made up of patterns of
energy, working directly with energy influences our
physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. Energy
healing is by nature holistic.
Do I have to have a particular faith or belief for
Energy Healing to work?
No. We are able to receive, and benefit from, Energy
Healing regardless of our faith or religious traditions.
What do I feel during a healing?
Some people fall into a deep sleep. Others stay awake
and report a feeling of relaxation and peace. You will
likely have a different experience with each healing.
