I am a qualified counsellor, who has been working in the field of bereavement for
Cruse since 2000 having achieved my diploma that same year.  I spent four of
the six years working with inmates in a prison, so I am experienced in dealing with all kinds of client issues including child abuse and addiction.  I use the Person Centred approach, which enables the client to follow their own agenda.  I am willing to work on the telephone, email or face to face.  My sessions last for an hour, and a weekly basis is usually helpful but I will abide by my Clients wishes. I have always done my counselling around my other work, which helps me to approach my clients with a freshness that I may not have if I was working in the field all the time. I do not charge for my work at the moment.
