With your approval, I will

appropriate to your needs and to assess charges, which will depend on your
individual circumstances. This initial discussion will be free of charge.
What is Counselling?
Counselling (or Therapy) is
a series of appointments to assist the Client in understanding their emotions in

Exploration, Experimentation, Encouragement and Empathy within the Therapeutic
Environment to achieve the individual Client’s own objectives. The issues a
client is experiencing will guide the amount of Counselling Sessions that will
be required – this will be discussed during the Therapeutic process.
